We always use high-quality, treated timber to manufacture our climbing frames. This ensures that all our frames are sturdy, weatherproof and will stand the test of time.
Installation
Do you offer any installation services for your climbing frames?
Yes, we offer professional installation services for all of our climbing frames. Our team of experienced installers will ensure that your climbing frame is set up properly and safely. Our climbing frames are pegged down using wooden pegs as standard, but we also offer the option to concrete in metal straps to anchor the climbing frame at an additional cost.

Does the surface need to be perfectly level?
No, if the surface is not level our professional installation team will usually be able to make adjustments to the frame on the day of installation.

How do you ensure the safety of your climbing frames?
Safety is always our top priority. All of our products are made from high quality materials and undergo quality testing to ensure they meet our safety standards. We include safety features such as handrails. We always use planed timber which helps to avoid splinters.
Maintenance
How do I maintain and care for your climbing frames?
To maintain the longevity and safety of your climbing frame, we recommend inspecting it regularly for any wear and tear, and making any necessary repairs or replacements as needed. Wooden frames typically require treatment every 1-2 years to preserve the frame. We also recommend cleaning the frame periodically to remove any dirt or debris.

Payment Process
Do you offer any financing options for your climbing frames?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer financing options at the moment. Please contact us via phone, email or our facebook page to obtain a no obligation quotation. Upon order we will require a small non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance paid the day before delivery. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your products?
Yes, we offer a limited warranty on all of our climbing frames. Please contact us for more information on the specific terms and conditions of our warranty.
Accessories
Can we choose our own accessories?
Yes, all customers have the chance to pick their own accessories. We offer a range of different swings and slides options in a range of colours. Usually these accessories are easily interchangeable and can be swapped or upgraded as your child grows.
We will always do our best to meet customer requests for specific coloured swings/slides, but this will depend on stock availability at the time.

Can your climbing frames be used by children of all ages?
Our climbing frames are designed to be used by children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers. However, we do recommend that children under the age of 3 be supervised by an adult at all times.
